I am a modern-dance teacher.
In short my classes could be called: “Dance and Improvisation”
My courses invite to discover and enjoy dance and music.
Within my classes I want to inspire participants to move freely, dance and play.
A sense of community is formed in the class as we dance individually, with one another or in a group.
The focus is on organic, free and spontaneous movements. On creativity and curiosity, imagination.
This type of class is ideal for those who have never tried modern dance or taken any dance class before. All shapes, sizes, ages and ability levels are welcome and encouraged.
(Techniques are based on my experience in Modern Dance, Contact Improvisation and Butoh-Dance).
